Stressed Out!

It is midterm time in school right now and spring break can’t come fast enough!  Tonight I have to finish a take home exam, do a make up exam since I guess we all did so poorly, put together my presentation for a pin up review tomorrow, do stuff for taxes, budget plan, figure out graduation and enrollment stuff, I should do some laundry but it won’t happen and who knows what else because I am sure I am forgetting something.

I guess sometimes it jsut feels like it all comes down on you at once.  When it rains it pours I guess…

I really need to stop being such a horrible procrastinator, it doesn’t help me at all.  I think the worst thing is that I tend to do better under pressure, so I let it build up to the point where I need to get it done and stress myself out even more.

Speaking of, I should stop writing this post and get to work!

Daily Holiday Video

Winter break is almost here! I just have to finish my portfolio, of which I have been HORRIBLE about procrastinationg from getting it done, turn in a final, pack and tie up the random loose ends before I fly out next week. I really can’t wait to be home. A huge ice storm just hit and it has been causing lots of problems, so hopefully we will get a little more snow and a lot less ice as the winter goes on.

Anyway, I should get back to working on my school stuff but I wanted to actually follow through with my new blogging plan for once! So to celebrate another holiday movie on tv, here is a great scene from Elf, with my favorite holiday song sung by one of my favorite actresses/musicians Zooey Deschanel:

so i can’t really change my layout all that much unless i get credit points/buy it or something..boo. that is the one bad thing so far. but i like the ones they offer so its all good, it just won’t be seasonal

ok…lame archie time!

went to this house visit today with just my studio which was great because you didn’t have to deal with all 100 of us trying to get pics and listen to the tour guide. my pics are posted on facebook as of now if you want too look. this artist james turrell (sp??) just finished a permanent installation on the property, so i am jealous. but we got to go and see it. i suggest looking at the pictures because it is so hard to do the experience justice.
